Yosuke Kubozuka

A sports instructor in Nagano is named Kenji Kiyosawa (Masataka Kubota). He is fascinated by a model house called Mahou no Ie, which is able to warm the inside of an entire home with only one air conditioner unit. Kenji Kiyosawa decides to construct a similar home for his wife and daughter, who are both sensitive to cold temperatures. In the meantime, Kenji Kiyosawa and his wife have a second daughter. Finally, the construction of their new home is completed. Kenji Kiyosawa, his wife, and their two daughters move into their new home. They are elated with their new home, but bizarre incidents soon take place there.

In order to turn their lives around, three taxi drivers living at the bottom rung of society hatch a plan to steal an invaluable art piece. Their plan was supposed to be perfect, but as coincidences pile up it becomes clear that nothing is going to go according to plan.

After Hibari's friend Tsuikushi (Yosuke Kubozuka) gets discharged from the nursing facility, Hibari writes to him about his relationships with Dakesang (Mieko Kawakami) the chief nurse and Mabo (Riisa Naka) another nurse that is bright and seems to like him.

Yarn follows the lives of kamikaze pilots, as remembered by an aging Kyushu restaurateur who cherishes their memory. Honoring the dead and multiple military anthems may stir the soul of some Japanese, but elsewhere auds will make a one-way trip for exits. Battle scenes are well-executed and script delivers some memorable scenes, but overall competent helming and thesping are powerless over writer-cum-Tokyo governor Shintaro Ishiara's repetitive storytelling. A post-war postscript adds considerable length to an already over-extended narrative. Tech credits are good quality.

스기하라는 태생이 꽤나 복잡한 고등학생이다. 초등학교밖에 나오지 않았지만 젊은 시절 열혈 마르크스 주의자로 조총련 활동을 한 아버지 덕분에 조총련계 초, 중학교를 졸업했다. 그러나 하와이를 가겠다는 아버지의 엉뚱한 발상으로 온 가족이 한국 국적으로 옮긴 후 스기하라는 나름의 뜻을 품고 일본계 고등학교로 진학한다. 프로복서 출신 아버지 덕분에 어린 시절부터 익힌 권투로 단련된 날렵한 몸은 학년을 올라가며 겪는 통과의례간은 싸움박질에 말려드는 그를 학교 유명인사로 만들어준다. 일본의 보통 고등학생처럼 생활하던 스기하라는 어느 날 친구의 생일파티에서 일본 여학생을 만나면서 새로운 생활의 기쁨을 맛보게 된다.
