It's Halloween in the 100 Acre Wood, and Roo's best new friend, Lumpy, is looking forward to his first time trick-or-treating. That is, until Tigger warns them about the scary Gobloon, who'll turn them into jack-o'-lanterns if he catches them. But if Roo and Lumpy turn the tables on the Gobloon, they get to make a wish! Lumpy and Roo decide to be "brave together, brave forever" and catch the Gobloon so they can make their wishes come true.

아름답고 평화로운 숲속 마을의 아침. 그러나, 곧 갑작스런 소음에 곰돌이 푸와 친구들은 두려움에 떨며 깜짝 놀라 일어나게 된다. 곰돌이 푸를 비롯해 피글렛, 티거는 해결사 토끼의 집으로 달려가고, 이들을 모습을 지켜 보던 꼬마 루도 토끼네 집으로 향한다. 곰돌이 푸와 친구들은 그들이 들었던 괴상한 소리의 정체에 대해서 토끼에게 서로 앞 다투며 설명을 해주고, 이 때 꼬마 루가 토끼 집 근처에서 헤팔럼의 거대한 발자국을 발견하게 된다. 이를 본 곰돌이 푸와 숲 속 친구들은 헤팔럼의 출현에 두려움을 느끼고, 오직 꼬마 루만이 헤팔럼을 체포하러 다 함께 떠나자고 제안을 한다. 이에, 친구들은 고민 끝에 드디어 숲속 마을 옆에 사는 헤팔럼의 소굴에 들어가서 헤팔럼을 체포해 오기로 결정한다. 그러나, 정작 헤팔럼의 체포를 제안했던 루는 친구들이 너무 위험한 일이라며 같이 갈 수 없다고 결정한다. 하지만, 호기심 많은 루는 급기야 혼자서 헤팔럼 소굴로 들어가는데….

곰돌이 푸와 티거, 토끼, 이요르는 벌들을 벌집 밖으로 유인해 낸 후, 꿀을 차지하려는 기막힌 아이디어를 짜낸다. 피글렛이 자신이 도울 일이 없는지 물어보자 친구들은 다음에 도와달라고 말한다. 이에 피글렛은 자신이 너무 작아 아무런 힘이 되지 못한다고 생각하며 슬퍼한다. 결국 곰돌이 푸와 티거, 토끼, 이요르는 꿀을 얻어내는데 성공하고, 피글렛은 집으로 향한다. 정신없이 꿀을 먹던 곰돌이 푸와 친구들은 허술하게 만들어진 가짜 벌집에서 튀어나온 벌들에게 쫓기게 되고, 벌을 피하기 위해 피글렛의 집으로 가게된다. 그곳에서 피글렛의 그림책을 본 푸와 친구들은 순간 피글렛이 없어진 걸 알게 되고 그림책을 따라 피글렛을 찾으러 나서는데.....

크리스마스 이브 날 푸와 친구들은 푸의 집에서 크리스마스 파티를 준비한다. 파티 준비에 한창이던 푸와 친구들은 지난 크리스마스를 회상하며 추억에 잠기는데…. 크리스마스를 맞이해서 크리스토퍼 로빈은 숲의 친구들에게 각자의 소원들을 적어서 산타클로스 할아버지에게 편지를 보내자고 제안한다. 크리스토퍼 로빈과 숲의 친구들은 각자 자신에게 가장 필요한 선물을 편지에 쓰기 위해서 고민한다. 결국, 크리스토퍼 로빈은 친구들과 함께 탈 수 있는 썰매를, 푸는 맛있는 꿀 한 단지를, 티커는 눈 위에서도 콩콩 뛰기를 할 수 있는 꼬리용 눈 장화를 , 래빗은 평소 아끼던 야채 밭의 벌레들을 쫓아낼 수 있는 파리채를 생각해 낸다. 또한, 이요르는 눈이 집 위에 쌓이지 않도록 집을 보호할 커다란 우산을, 피글렛은 산타 할아버지가 주는 것이면 무엇이든 다 좋다고 쓴다. 그리고, 각자의 크리스마스 소원을 적은 편지를 가지고 절벽위로 올라가 북쪽을 향해 던진다. 그러나, 얼마 후 피글렛은 산타클로스에게 보낼 편지에 푸가 갖고 싶어하는 선물을 쓰지 않았다는 사실을 기억해 내고, 푸와 피글렛은 함께 이미 산타 할아버지에게 보낸 편지를 찾아 나서는데….

같은 신문사에 근무하고 있는 댄(Dan Hanson: 케빈 베이컨 분)과 로리(Lorie Bryer: 엘리자베스 퍼킨스 분)는 늘 대립되는 견해로 서로 공박하기를 즐기는 사이. 그런 두 사람이 공석 중인 논설위원 자리로 인해 본의 아니게 경쟁자의 위치에 놓이게 되고 신문사는 독자들이 논박을 즐길 것이라고 판단, 댄과 로리의 경쟁적 칼럼을 싣는다. 이것이 적중, 그들은 대중적 인기를 누리게 되고 WBAL 방송국의 'HE SAID, SHE SAID'라는 토크쇼의 진행자로 정기 출연하게 되면서 둘은 사랑에 빠져 동거를 시작한다. 그러나 댄이 섹스를 말하면 로리는 결혼을 애기하고 관계를 말하면 결혼을 애기하는 등 전혀 어울리지 않는 두 사람은 사사건건 갈등하게 되고 결국 도로 통합에 관한 TV 생방송 도중 심한 논박을 참다못한 로리가 댄을 향해 커피잔을 내던져 방송 사고를 일으키는데...
