When a serial killer mysteriously and savagely murders a young native woman in rural Los Angeles County, her sister McKenna must replace her as the keeper of an amulet, the sacred crescent. Reluctantly, McKenna accepts the role of chosen one. With the amulet and after the rigors of the ritual, she takes on the spirit and powers of the raven, the good forces in the battle against evil, the wolf. McKenna's powers include a thirst for milk and great sexual energy, which she unleashes on her former boyfriend, Henry, a cop. The spirit of the wolf inhabits Rose, Henry's jilted lover. Rose wreaks havoc of her own before a final showdown with the chosen one.

Set during the Alaskan gold rush of the late 1800s. In his efforts to gain control of a small mining town, Sean McLennon is buying up every claim that becomes available, usually after the deaths of the previous owners at the hands of McLennon's 'assistants'. One of the miners targeted by McLennon, a half-Indian hunter named Hudson Saanteek, manages to escape his hired thugs and comes back into town looking to re-establish his claim and get revenge. McLennon and his men have the advantage of numbers and weapons, but Saanteek has his survival skills and knowledge of the Alaskan wilderness.

깜찍한 여동생 얘슐리(Ashley Black: 사라 웨인 분)와 오빠 조슈아(Joshua Black: 조슈아 잭슨 분)는 엄마와 살고 있지만 여름 휴가를 위해 이혼한 아빠(Jack Black: 마크 하몬 분)와 함께 글렌노키 호수로 떠난다. 이 호수에는 언젠가부터 어마어마한 공룡이 살고 있다는 것. 한편 이 지역의 악덕 화학공장은 몰래 이 호수에 화학폐기물을 버리고 있다. 호수에 도착한 애슐리 일행. 얘슐리는 전설을 확인해 보고 싶어 하지만 공룡은 보이지 않는다. 어느날 얘슐리는 입에서 떼지 못하는 크림 과자를 먹다가 우연히 그 과자의 크림만 먹어치우는 물속의 존재를 발견한다. 드디어 과자를 통해 호수의 공룡과 친해진 얘슐리. 그러나 화학공장의 횡포로 얘슐리와 조슈아 형제는 위험에 빠지고 꼬마들을 찾아나선 아버지도 공룡의 동굴에 함께 들어가는데 그곳에서 병들어 굳 죽을 운명에 빠진 공룡과 두아이들을 발견한다.

알렉스, 토미, 트래비스는 가라데를 가르치는 무술인이다. 어느날 알렉스와 토미가 파티에 간 사이 트래비스는 알렉스의 아들 윌터를 데리고 브라커스가 운영하는 콜로세움에 가 브라커스에게 도전하나 죽음을 당하고 만다. 월터에게 이 사실을 듣게 된 알렉스와 토미는 콜로세움으로 가 브라커스에게 도전하나 역시 패해 도망나온다. 알렉스는 태권도를 하는 대한과 애인 수우의 도움에도 불구하고 죽음의 위기에 몰리자 토미, 윌터와 함께 토미의 할머니 집으로 피신한다. 그곳에서 브라커스에게 당한 적이 있는 제임스에게 여러가지 무술을 익히지만 그곳까지 따라온 일당에게 토미가 끌려가고 나머지는 간신히 살아남는다.

1987년에 ‘마이클 고닉’ 감독이 만든 옴니버스 호러 영화. 1982년에 ‘조지 로메로’ 감독이 ‘스티븐 킹’ 원작 단편을 영화로 만든 ‘크립쇼’의 후속작이다. 이번 작도 역시 스티븐 킹의 단편을 원작으로 삼았고, 조지 로메로가 각본, 톰 사비니가 특수효과를 맡았다. 내용은 한 작은 마을에서 어린 소년 ‘빌리’가 배달 트럭을 기다리다가 ‘크립쇼’ 최신호를 받아 읽어보면서 시작되는 이야기다. 전작은 5가지 단편으로 구성되어 있었는데, 본작은 3가지 단편으로 줄었다. 대신 오프닝 때 나온 꼬마 빌리 이야기가 3가지 단편이 끝날 때마다 막간극으로 들어가 독립적인 단편이 되어 사실상 4가지 단편이라고 할 수 있다. 메인 3가지 단편은 ‘올드 치프 우든 헤드(늙은 추장 우든 헤드)’, ‘래프트(뗏목)’, ‘히치하이커’다.
