Parris Patton
약력
Parris Patton graduated from the University of Bridgeport's film program in 1988. His thesis films "Dancer" won several honors including the Chicago International Film Festival's Gold Plaque.
Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Parris met the artist then known as Prince. He was hired as Head of Film Production at Paisley Park Studios and moved to Minnesota. During the next three years Parris produced, directed and edited three concert films, several music videos and a number of eclectic short films.
Upon returning to Hollywood, Parris immediately began filming Creature. Concurrent with the making of Creature Parris directed and edited The Cheshire Cat, a 35mm feature film noir which played at the Brussels Film Festival. He has also had several successful art shows showcasing his unique photo-emulsion on canvas artwork.

The Life of Chris Gaines, Garth Brooks appeared as Chris Gaines in a television "mockumentary," a version of VH1's seminal cable classic Behind the Music, featuring a totally made-up tale that just may be the greatest rock n' roll documentary ever made. This piece of art has everything that makes the story of being a rockstar fucking cool. It has childhood trauma, record label trauma, death, disfigurement, a plane crash, a car crash, sex addiction, redemption, a house fire, random unexplained commentary from Billy Joel, and more sex addiction.

Kyle Dean was a misfit in her North Carolina school. She was called "Creature" because she was a boy who knew she was a girl in part of the country where such things were not understood or tolerated. As soon as she could she left North Carolina for Hollywood where she felt that she'd stand more of a chance of becoming who she wanted to be. This recording was made in a continuous single live-in-the-studio pass in collaboration with NPG drummer Michael Bland and bassist Sonny T. Prince originally intended to give this live CD away free with 1,000 copies of Guitar Player magazine in 1994, but he was reportedly barred by Warner Bros. from doing so. A video recording of the performance was released in Europe (on VHS and Laserdisc) with small edits throughout the performance and "Dolphin" replaced by the audio track from the official video of the song from The Gold Experience.
