Clarence Fok Yiu-leung (霍耀良) is a Hong Kong film director and actor from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is perhaps best known for directing the international cult classic Naked Killer (1992).
He was once asked by producer Mario Kassar to direct Basic Instinct 2.
Fok was nominated as Best Supporting Actor at the 1986 Hong Kong Film Awards for his performance in Let's Make Laugh II (1985).
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Clarence Fok Yiu-leung was born in 1960 in Hong Kong. After graduating from the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic, he joined a six-month scriptwriting and directing training course at Redifussion TV and started working at that television station. He switched to TVB in 1978 to work as a director, and was involved in numerous productions including Conflict (1978), Over The Rainbow (1979), The Passenger (1979), The Good, The Bad And The Ugly (1979), The Bund (1980), Five Easy Pieces (1980) and Don’t Look Now (1980), among others.
He made his directorial debut in 1980 with The Man from Vietnam, but the film was not released until 1982. He followed up in 1981 with Job Hunter (1981), starring Danny Chan and Leslie Cheung. Fok was promoted to the position of producer at TVB that year, and was responsible for such series as No One is Innocent (1981). He subsequently sought release from his contract at TVB in order to concentrate on film work.

Tony Leung plays Wai, an apple polisher working in a finance company co-managed by Ma and Kang, both being brothers. Kang is the good brother, Ma, the bad one. Wai tries to set Kang up with Mina to prevent Ma from getting her, but Kang likes Jackie, especially after saving her from prostitution. Wai later reveals to Kang that he likes Mina, but is afraid Kang will be angry with him, besides the feelings between Mina and him are mutual.

Frequent Jackie Chan cohort Mars stars as Sing, an ex-con who's supposed to dig up the buried loot of his three still-jailed buddies...but when he gets to it, he finds that the treasure chest is full of rocks! The other three are convinced that Sing stole the goods for himself, so Sing decides to hide out with his kick-butt cousin Kuen, played with athletic aplomb by kung-fu princess Kara Hui! But some insurance investigators (Carina Lau and Billy Lau) are also after the loot, and there's even a mousy travel agent (future director Clarence Fok) thrown in for good measure. It all adds up to numerous shenanigans and action-comedy hijinks, culminating in a knockdown action finale set in a warehouse! Wooden crates, two-by-fours, and more props than you can name are used and abused in the name of creative eighties HK-style action, which Jackie Chan and company are only too glad to dispense to the audience!
