시그마 타우 클럽의 회원인 더그, 태너, 제이슨과 그랜트는 졸업 전 마지막 파티를 들뜬 마음에 준비한다. 준비를 하는 도중, 그들은 지하실에서 이상한 터널을 발견한다. 파티 준비는 잘 되어가지만, 청소부 다프네가 터널을 발견하고는 놀라서 도망친다. 결국 파티는 무사히 시작되고, 제이슨과 클레어, 태너와 매기 등의 커플이 탄생하고 다들 즐거운 시간을 보낸다. 하지만 이 와중에 이상한 낌새를 차린 더그는 클럽 회관 건물의 역사에 관해 조사하기 시작하고, 예전에 윌리엄 사칸이라는 남자가 아내를 포함해 13명을 죽인 후 자살을 한 사건이 있었다는 것을 발견한다. 또한 태너가 터널에서 발견한 컵이 악령을 가두고 있었다는 사실도 알아내지만, 다들 더그한테 마약 때문에 이상한 생각이 드는 거라고 하는데...
