Hamasaki Ayumi welcomes her 15th anniversary with the nationwide tour A Best Live. The arena tour covers 28 concerts in 14 cities, allowing the J-pop diva to celebrate with fans all over Japan. The tour's set list is determined by fans who can vote for any of Ayu's songs dating all the way back to her debut single poker face. This live release records the tour's final concert at the Yoyogi National Stadium on July 28, 2013.

The show featured on the concert video release is the "Limited Edition" concert at the Saitama Super Arena, and it features performances of all the songs from the mini-album Five, as well as other Ayu fan favorites.
