Venkataramaiah (Gummadi) is a respectable person in the society, who runs a timber business. He does not take up any responsibility, neither does he earn anything. Accidentally, he meets Kavita (Vijayashanti), who works as a dance teacher in a school. They both are very opposite to each other. Sivaram (Satyanarayana) is an opponent businessman to Venkataramaiah, who once was a worker under Venkataramaiah, and always had quarrels with Venkataramaiah and Anand. After some time, Kavitha understands Anand's love, but his family members did not agree to their marriage, so Anand leaves the house and marries Kavitha. Meanwhile, Sivaram throws Venkataramaiah into heavy debts, so entire property comes to auction. The remaining children leave Venkataramaiah alone, which leads to his heart attack and his wife's death. Finally, Anand comes to their rescue and how he keeps up his parents prestige and honor, forms the rest of the story.

In trying to gather evidence against smuggler Narendra, a journalist, Nandanda, is killed by a masked man, leaving his only son Sagar to take revenge for his death. Sagar is then falsely accused of killing a woman named Shalini, arrested by his brother, Constable Ram Singh, and put in jail. Sagar pleads innocence and Ram Singh leaves no stone unturned trying to prove Sagar's innocence, but when the case is tried in court, Sagar is sentenced to death. Ram Singh, however, is able to convince the judge of Sagar's innocence, and gets him released. Then Ram comes across the real perpetrator of the crime, arrests him, and finds himself embroiled in deception, and charged with the murder of the person he had just brought in. Trapped behind iron bars, how will Sagar avenge his father's death and prove his innocence?

Honest retired Judge Justice Deenanath live a happy life-style with his wife and two sons, advocate Ravi and inspector Sunil. One day Ravi brings home a poor girl Sharda to rehabilitate as she has no place to live after her dad expires. The family takes a liking to Sharda and subsequently arranges Ravi and Sharda's wedding. Rajesh and Mahesh do get to unite as the girls they are in love with are link to each other. After a few misjudgments of situations at hand Rajesh and Mahesh decides that they will bring Teesri Adalat to the court of law - at any cost.

Satyam immediately goes to heaven. He angers the King of Heaven, Indra (Kanta Rao) while he enjoys the dance by Rambha, Urvasi and Menaka. He sends him straight to hell headed by Yama (Satyanarayana) and ably assisted by Chitragupta (Allu Ramalingaiah). In hell, he influences the soldiers of death, Yama's army using communist theories and rights of labor, and turns them against their leader-Yama, and Hell shuts down. Yama sends him back to Earth. Yama and Chitragupta visits Earth on a holiday trip and experiences the funny aspects of Humans. Satyam changes his name and teaches Rudrayya a lesson.
