'Open Your Mouth And Say... Mr. Chi Pig' is a feature length documentary on the life and times of the enigmatic front man of punk band SNFU. The film tells the story of the prolific frontman through his own words, as well as appearances from some of the biggest names in the independent music industry.

Madrid, Spain, early 20th century. A woman turns up dead in a modest home. She turns out to be María la Jerezana, a popular singer who was famous years ago until she disappeared. The Police Commissioner in charge, dissatisfied with the official version, which concludes that the crime was the result of a simple robbery, is determined to find out the truth.

Barcelona, Spain. A young man is murdered in the middle of the street in front of the police headquarters. Miguel and Marcial, two agents of the Criminal Brigade in charge of the investigation, find in the victim's room a newspaper where a cryptic classified ad appears…
