Todd decide relevar o trauma da separação buscando ainda mais sexo e posando nu para um site erótico de fetiches. Todd vai perdendo o controle de seus impulsos sexuais e a relação com seus parceiros passa da excitação à uma quase apatia. Em cenas de sexo cruamente explícitas, Verow revela o vazio e a solidão resultantes das práticas sexuais de seu protagonista. Mas o final, pelo menos, abre a possibilidade para uma solução romântica
