Tarzan the Tiger (1929)

No século XIX, um navio naufraga perto da selva africana e um casal consegue chegar em terra firme. A mulher estava grávida e tem seu filho em uma casa nas árvores. Algum tempo depois os pais do menino são mortos por animais e ele é criado por uma macaca, que tinha perdido seu filhote. Ele cresce como se fosse um símio, mas após vinte anos, ele é descoberto e volta a civilização, onde é herdeiro de uma grande fortuna. Mas a adaptação com esta nova realidade é estranha demais para ele.

Grupo de gorilas adota criança abandonada na selva após acidente com seus pais. Apesar de ser totalmente atrapalhado, o garoto cresce e torna-se o rei dos animais, levando uma vida calma e monótona, até conhecer a linda Úrsula, a primeira mulher de carne e osso que vê em sua vida. Martians come to Earth to build an H-bomb strong enough to blast Earth out of orbit so that Mars can be moved into its place in closer proximity to the sun. This movie serial in 12 chapters was originally planned as a sequel to "Radar Men From The Moon" with Commando Cody as the hero but at the last moment the main characters' names were changed and all other references to that serial removed from the script.

They become close though at first, Tarsan has problems speaking the Indonesian language. Then he agrees to go to the city and learn how to be an urbanite. It is not easy as he is even harassed by Ida’s friends who do not like him.

Tarzan has to rescue everyone after they are taken prisoner. When they get to the hidden city, Tarzan finds his friend alive and the fabulous treasure.

A murderous gang of counterfeiters has kidnapped the government's best engraver and is forcing him to print virtually undetectable phony money. The Secret Service's toughest agent, Jack Holt, and a female reporter go after the gang.

In 1943 the serial was edited together into a feature movie also called Drums of Fu Manchu.
