We look back at the history of the club, it`s origins, backgrounds and worldwide growth and show what mass media has never shown so fair. The Hells Angels talk about, their conflicts and how they deal with them. There are always two sides to a story, the one and the other one.

Kaneda e Tetsuo são amigos que integram uma gangue de motoqueiros. Eles disputam rachas violentos com uma gangue rival, os Palhaços, até que um dia, Tetsuo encontra Takashi, uma estranha criança com poderes que fugiu do hospital onde era mantido como cobaia. Tetsuo é ferido no encontro e, antes de receber a ajuda dos amigos, é levado por integrantes do exército, liderados pelo coronel Shikishima. A partir de então, Tetsuo passa a desenvolver poderes inimagináveis, o que faz com que seja comparado ao lendário Akira, responsável pela explosão de 1988. Paralelamente, Kaneda se interessa por Kei, uma garota envolvida com espiões, que tenta decifrar o enigma por trás das cobaias controladas pelo exército.
Em um futuro distópico não muito distante, os recursos de óleo foram esgotados e o mundo está mergulhado em guerra, fome e caos financeiro. É quando o policial Mad Max, que não tem mais nada além de seus instintos de sobrevivência e retaliação, começa uma vingança contra a gangue que perseguiu e assassinou sua esposa e filhos.
While in Vietnam, a GI promises his dying buddy that he'll take care of his motorcycle, "Baby", when he gets back home. After his discharge, he meets up with his dead friend's girlfriend, gets the bike, and then runs into trouble from some other bikers who don't like the idea of his having the motorcycle or the girl.
Angel (William Smith), an outlaw biker, sells out his gang by exposing their wild conquests to Like magazine for $10,000. With his photo on the cover, Angel skips town and tries to start over with help from sheep rancher Dan Felton (Dan Kemp). An ex-motorcycle enthusiast, Dan becomes a mentor to Angel, giving him hope for a peaceful future. But Angel must put hope aside when members of his former gang viciously attack Dan's teenage daughter.
