Fidel Castro viaja do México para Cuba com oito rebeldes, entre eles Ernesto Che Guevara e seu irmão Raul. Guevara era um médico argentino que tinha por objetivo ajudar Castro a derrubar o governo de Fulgêncio Batista. Ao chegar, logo se integra à guerrilha, participando da luta armada mas também cuidando dos doentes. Aos poucos ele ganha o respeito de seus companheiros e torna-se um dos líderes da revolução que está por vir.

Após conquistarem o sucesso, as Barden Bellas ganham a oportunidade de se apresentar para ninguém menos que o presidente dos Estados Unidos. Só que o show é um grande fiasco, o que as torna uma vergonha nacional. Diante do ocorrido, as Bellas são proibidas de participar de competições no meio acadêmico e até mesmo de aceitar novas integrantes. A única saída de Beca, Fat Amy & cia é vencer o campeonato mundial a capela, o que apagaria as punições aplicadas ao grupo. Mas há um problema: nunca uma equipe americana venceu o torneio.

An American professional gambler named Jack Weil decides to visit Havana, Cuba to gamble. On the boat to Havana, he meets Roberta Duran, the wife of a revolutionary, Arturo. Shortly after their arrival, Arturo is taken away by the secret police, and Roberta is captured and tortured. Jack frees her, but she continues to support the revolution.

Wormold não tem a menor ideia de por onde começar, mas quando seu amigo Dr. Hasselbacher sugere que o melhor segredo é aquele que ninguém conhece, ele decide criar uma lista de agentes fictícios e começa a fornecer histórias inventadas, o que deixa felizes seus chefes em Londres.
