Sinopse
Iris and Kimberly, two close friends from Brabant, share a passion: synchronised swimming. They have been a duo for so long that their whole lives seem to run synchronously. When the day of the big event dawns, both their talent and their friendship are put to the test. Are they both motivated enough to maintain perfection? Is their friendship really as harmonious as they think?
Subúrbio de Paris, durante o verão. Marie (Paulien Acquart), Anne (Louisse Blachère) e Floriane (Adele Haenel) são amigas e têm 15 anos. Elas praticam nado sincronizado e, enquanto convivem pelos corredores e vestiários da academia, começam a ter os primeiros sentimentos de desejo, amor e violência.
Bertrand está no "auge" dos seus quarentas anos e sofre de depressão. Jenny (Sara Serraiocco), 17 anos, sonha em ser uma profissional de nado sincronizado. Eventos familiares viram a vida dela de cabeça para baixo, forçando ela a se mudar para um local remoto onde deve cuidar do seu pai doente e do seu irmão mais jovem. Porém, não demora muito para que Jenny corra atrás dos seus sonhos novamente.
