"What We Do Is Secret" é um filme-documentário sobre a banda punk The Germs, o filme se centra no percurso de Darby Crash desde a formação da banda até ao seu suicídio cinco anos depois, a 7 de Dezembro de 1980 (um dia antes do assassinato de John Lennon). The Germs foi uma das mais importantes formações punk rock (californiano) do final dos anos 70, juntamente com nomes como Dead Kennedys ou Black Flag.
