A comedy about the organisation of agricultural co-operatives. In the village of "Rendes", everybody has already entered the co-op, only the stubborn farmer, Bódog Balogh continues to resist. The leadership plays all their tricks and uses all their efforts, but all in vain.

A man has no friends while his houseplant is full of buds (friends.) He does get a dog, who thinks if the man can grow something, he will be like this plant. Even if it means a great sacrifice in the end, the dog is willing to do anything just for the man's happiness, because he is the dog of man.

Lynch's first film project consists of a loop of six people vomiting projected on to a special sculptured screen featuring twisted three-dimensional faces.
