Buffalo 66 conta a história de Billy Brown (Gallo), um rapaz solitário e excêntrico. Ex-presidiário, ele retorna a sua cidade após o longo período em que esteve preso. Durante este tempo, ele mentiu, dizendo aos seus pais, com quem nunca teve um bom relacionamento, que trabalhava, era casado e levava uma vida confortável. Para manter essa farsa, ele rapta uma garota (Christina Ricci) e decide obrigá-la a viver o papel de esposa. Surpreendentemente, a garota faz o papel tão bem que acaba cativando a todos, e uma estranha conexão surge entre ela e Billy. Mas Billy tem um plano que pode por tudo a perder.

Babis (Nikos Rizos), after his release, finds it difficult to balance between the groups with the guys and jobber of Piraeus, and the strict surveillance of the police, who closed the once in prison. He will try to sell the alleged Byzantine icons that makes a fellow prisoner, but will be arrested. It will be released as there were images of value, and will be informed that the mother of the same (Mary Metaxa) alerted the police to remove him from the unlawful activity.

The Free Ones is a full-length documentary feature which shows us how four detainees are dealing with the end of their prison sentence, in a sawmill. Can a factory job help them to make the necessary transformation and become free men? Hidden from society’s view and through meetings with their instructors, psychotherapists and other participants, we accompany Samuel, Pierrot, Fred and Steve talk about their hopes and fears during this six-month transition period.
