Ainda em luto pela repentina morte de sua esposa, o ferreiro Balian junta-se ao seu distante pai, Baron Godfrey, nas cruzadas a caminho de Jerusalém. Após uma jornada muito difícil até à cidade santa, o jovem valente entra no séquito do rei leproso Balduíno IV, que deseja lutar contra os muçulmanos para seu próprio ganho político e pessoal.

O pirata Jack Sparrow tem seu navio saqueado e roubado pelo capitão Barbossa e sua tripulação. Com o navio de Sparrow, Barbossa invade a cidade de Port Royal, levando consigo Elizabeth Swann, filha do governador. Para recuperar sua embarcação, Sparrow recebe a ajuda de Will Turner, um grande amigo de Elizabeth. In this action-filled spectacle set in ancient Pompeii, a blacksmith becomes a Roman gladiator, though his rise to wealth and power is jeopardized by his son's Christianity and the eruption of Vesuvius.

Sultan (Shakti Kapoor) adopted an orphan and named him Badshah (Akshay Kumar). Badshah grows up to be a criminal and his life was made difficult by Inspector Pradhan (Ashish Vidyarthi). Badshah's sidekick is Abdul (Ashutosh Rana). The only hope in Badshah's life is Sapna (Karisma Kapoor), whom he incidentally met. But circumstances lead Badshah to commit murder in public. During this experience, a child clangs to him and he took the child to Sapna. Before he could explain anything, Pradhan gets there and Badshah had to escape. He changed his name to Babu Lohar and becomes a blacksmith and loving father, to give the child a good future. However, after 7 years, he sees Abdul and Sultan again. Pradhan is still after him. When the child's parents find out about him, they ask Babu to return their child. Will he let the child go? Will the child go with his parents?

Long ago, the evil wizard Lizardo sent an army of monsters to subjugate the land and its people. Lizardo succeeded, but a prophecy tells of a comet that will fall to Earth, and a man who will wield a weapon that will free the people from Lizardo's tyranny. Flavio is a blacksmith content with living a quiet, uneventful life in a town mostly untouched by Lizardo's evil. But when the comet of prophecy lands on the outskirts of town, Flavio's destiny is immediately made clear. Around the peace-loving but brave Flavio. His arch-enemy Lizardo attempts to ruin the peace and harmony of their dwelling place, affecting the inhabitants. Moreover, the evil warlord challenges Flavio by capturing his beautiful lady love Maria. A series of events take place, bringing the blacksmith (panday) at the forefront of a full-blown war against Lizardo's troops.

A village blacksmith Sekula, hard-muscled but soft-hearted, has terrible luck when it comes to love. Many women pass through his house - a local spinster of ill health, a belly dancer, a veterinarian experienced in the castration of bulls a singing star-to-be - but stay just long enough to give birth to another child, only to then run away.

In the absence of the genuine article, stable boy Pandoy serves as the Panday, forging a magic sword out of a meteorite and fighting pirates and white slavers. The film features a subplot of Pandoy having to choose between two romantic interests.

Ang Panday 2 begins with Flavio/Panday (Revilla) and Maria settling in the peaceful and quiet town of Matandang Kahoy. All is well until Lizardo returns and captures Maria. On his quest to save his lady love, Flavio crosses paths with Ariana whose father had been killed by Lizardo. As the two join forces, Ariana finds herself falling for Flavio. All this happens in a magical world filled with dragons, fairies and other mythical beings. According to Director Carlo J. Caparas who penned the story, the King of Philippine Movies himself, the late Fernando Poe Jr., would be impressed with the production of Ang Panday 2. FPJ had starred in the original Panday films, and had long been associated with the beloved Pinoy komiks character.

Fernando Poe, Jr. is back for the fourth time as Panday Flavio to combat evil once more.

Popeye and Bluto pass by Olive's blacksmith shop and are smitten. Olive needs help, and of course both of the boys offer, and demonstrate their prowess at blacksmithing.

Flavio returns as the heroic blacksmith who uses his magical sword in fighting eveil
