Sinopse

Sam Dalmas (Tony Musante) é um escritor norte-americano que vive em Roma. Uma noite ele testemunha uma tentativa de assassinato cometida por um misterioso homem vestido de preto. A vítima sobrevive, mas como a polícia não consegue descobrir quem é o serial killer, Sam decide investigar por conta própria.
Um repórter de jornal e um jornalista aposentado e cego tentam resolver uma série de assassinatos ligados a projetos experimentais de pesquisa ultra secreta de uma empresa farmacêutica e, ao fazê-lo, tornam-se alvos do assassino.
