Após uma terapia por hipnose e acreditando estar curada, Cruella de Vil é libertada da prisão e se propõe a começar uma nova vida. As coisas estão indo bem para Cruella que está ocupada ajudando cães desabrigados da rua. Porem, quando o relógio Big Ben bate as horas, as coisas ficam ruins. A cura hipnótica é revertida e Cruella está de volta. E desta vez ela está determinada a fazer seu casaco com pele malhada que ela sempre quis.
