Henry Anthony George Spinetti is a Welsh session drummer whose playing has featured on many prominent rock and pop albums. He is the younger brother of actor Victor Spinetti (1929–2012). He married Susan Styles in Coventry, Warwickshire, England in 2004.

Em 29 de novembro de 2002, um ano após sua morte, um concerto de homenagem a George Harrison foi realizado no Royal Albert Hall.
