Jacques, a travelling wine-seller, has a car breakdown on a little countryside road. Rescued by a young woman, he stays for a few days in a charming inn where chambermaids are very helpful.

Jacques is summoned by his boss to transfer to Paris. Very soon he discovers and enjoys the hidden joys of the city. He would like to share it with his wife, who waits patiently every week-end, but he soon discovers Paris is much more than a honeymooner's paradise. She discovered his sexuality was a bit more exotic than she was accustomed to. But she doesn't fret; the prospect actually turns her on enough that she decided to join in on the fun.

Martine, Mimi and Doris have had enough of providing for their slacker boyfriends. They decide to rent a place of their own, as well as a manservant. He tries to persuade his wife to join him in his swinging lifestyle and takes her to a swingers' club run by Jocelyne Clairis. But Annie won't join in until after Jacques gets his friend Paul to seduce her in the dress shop. Then they visit the club again and take part in an orgy with the owner, Pierre (André Miller), Martine (Elisabeth Buré) and Nathalie (Maryline Guillaume).

The mayor of some provincial village calls the detective agency which employs Dany and Martine because a local woman (Therese) is spreading gossip about how several local establishment figures of his party have scandalously taken advantage of her. Dany and Martine come to investigate and hear first Therese's story about how Luc, Paul and Jacques coerced her into indecent acts, such as pharmacist Luc talking her into giving him a blow-job as a means to relieve her migraine. Dany and Martine soon conjecture that this is all wishful thinking and that Therese merely wants to get hitched and get laid. So they validate the hypothesis by trying out the men for themselves. In the end, Therese is happy too, because our heroines arrange a hot date with Jacques - with a predictable outcome.

Jack returns home to discover that his wife Jane has left. While the housemaid is having her way with a man, he overhears that she won't be back soon. Concerned, he heads to the bar he frequents and learns from the bartender that Jane departed for Africa with Danier, a friend of the bartender. Jack shows his intent to seek her there. The bartender convinces him to travel with seasoned swinger-type Anne who was born in Africa and is experienced in dealing with Africans.
