O filme O Poder do Perdão é baseado no livro "A Christmas Snow". O longa metragem aborda a temática da relação entre Pai e filha a partir de um enredo no qual o Pai abandona a filha há 30 anos atrás e isso trás consequências para os dias atuais, principalmente no Natal, mas algo ira ocorrer na história e irá surpreender o telespectador apontando o perdão.
