In Pietrasanta all are excited for the annual party of summer end. Here we find four characters: Merigo, a naive guy passionate of bike; Pierre, son of the mayor; Simone, a pestiferous kid; Mario, lifeguard of "Bagnomaria".

During the general elections of 1994, Tunin, a mechanic with a firm belief in communism fears that his party is about to lose, so he journeys to a northern village to stir up trouble. He isn't there long before he is arguing with a beautiful hairdresser. Their debate is fiery as is his growing and impossible-to-disguise passion for her. She too is intrigued with him, but their disparate ideologies threaten to keep them apart.

Sergio Colombo is an insurance agent. He had just gone through a divorce so he is a little bit scattered. Wanting to unwind he plans to go to vacation with a magnificent girlfriend but suddenly he is ordered off to Canada in order to sign an important contract. At the airport Colombo accidentally gets on a plane that flies in a direction directly opposite to Canada - to Bankgok.

Roman TV technicians Fabio and Enzo have been unable to find decent jobs. They decide to crack a safe at a jewelry in Milan. To get the layout of the store, they enlist a beautiful but unsophisticated young woman, Deborah. To find underground access to the store, they get help from a sewage worker. An obese trapeze artist is called for disarm the store alarms. The clever Mrs. Motta, old hotelier, is also involved. Will they succeed?

Roberto Benigni é o diabo em pessoa. Com 400 anos de idade, ele está consado de sua monótona vida no inferno. Na busca de novos "ares", o pequeno e ingênuo diabo resolve encarnar-se em uma mulher gorda chamada Giuditta. Para ajudá-la, o padre provinciano Maurice (Walter Matthau) é chamado e realiza o exorcismo. Mas o maligo ser está relutante em retornar para "casa" e por isso, resolve esconder-se na igreja, decidido a atormentar a vida do pobre padre. Passando-se por seu sobrinho, este ser atrapalhado e falador passa a armar as maiores confusões, já que não conhece as malícias e os costumes do mundo dos homens.

The movie is basically two unrelated comedic features: the first one features the travails of a man who stutters and tries to woo a woman he wants to date. The second features the wonderful Renato Pozetto as a gay man who lives with a partner, but finds himself falling for a woman, and not knowing how to tell his partner, who is prone to melodrama.

Uma sátira da animação Fantasia (1940). Bruno Bozzetto utiliza os mesmos recursos de Disney, animando peças musicais clássicas e ainda acrescentando uma mordaz crítica social em cada quadro. O filme é uma paródia de Fantasia da Disney, embora possivelmente seja mais um desafio para Fantasia do que o status de paródia implicaria. No contexto deste filme, "Allegro non Troppo" significa Not So Fast! ou Não tão rápido!, Uma interjeição que significa "desacelerar" ou "pense antes de agir" e refere-se à visão pessimista do filme sobre o progresso ocidental (em oposição ao otimismo original da Disney).
