This fast-paced film stars (Conrad Nichols) as the tough Captain Williams, head of a crack commando squad who goes into Afghanistan to save the U.S.S.R. -- and indirectly, the U.S. -- from some very bad publicity. A journalist and his daughter have evidence that the Russians are using biological and chemical weapons in their war in Afghanistan. The unit of five commandos smuggle themselves into Afghanistan through its neighbor Iran, bribing the leaders of that country with some spare parts for its war planes (shades of Iran-Contra!). Once inside the country they discover that the journalist has already died from exposure to nerve gas, and his daughter is already getting sick. Williams starts to guess that they are all being set up because everything is going just a little too well, and he adjusts his plans accordingly. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, Rovi

Roman emperor Caligula leaves the last days of glory amidst orgies of food and sex. During a show by two nude slaves, the emperor is particularly attracted to one of them, Lysia, ignoring that she had been planted close to him with orders to murder him. Only, the young man makes her feel for him, passion and motherly love, and she'll protect him rather then fulfill her mission. Drama ensues.

Venice: The bodies of a married couple, Flavia and Fabio, are discovered on the dockside. She has drowned and he has been stabbed to death with a large pair of scissors. Marzia, Flavia's best friend, is questioned by the police and a chain of slaying is set in motion. The victims include a prostitute who is stabbed in the crotch; Marzia's lover, who is shot in the kneecaps before being doused in petrol and set alight; and Marzia herself, tied to a kitchen table and dismembered, before being stuffed in a fridge. Meanwhile, extended flashbacks reveal that Fabio gained perverse pleasure from forcing his young wife to take part in degrading sexual acts...

Um escritor retorna a casa após a Primeira Guerra Mundial. Ele desenvolveu um péssimo caso de transtorno de estresse pós-traumático. Pensa em suicidar-se, mas torna-se interessado na sobrinha de 12 anos de idade do gerente do lugar onde ele está a recuperar. Não parece importar-se que estê a passar tanto tempo com ela. Torna-se profundamente apaixonado por ela, mas não pode consumar fisicamente qualquer tipo de relacionamento com ela. Ela ilumina o seu dia, mas a sua sexualidade está apenas a começar a brotar. Quando ela começa a preferir um rapaz mais perto da sua idade do que o escritor, a finalidade da trama está definida.

Inspector Betti (Maurizio Merli) is transferred to Naples and immediately after his arrival receives a warm welcome from The Commandante (Barry Sullivan), the city's crime lord. Betti then goes on a personal mission against corruption and organized crime, and tries to force the syndicate out of town with any means necessary.
