O concerto foi gravado no Heineken Music Hall em Amsterdã em 22 de Novembro de 2001 com a European Festival Orchestra conduzida por Wilheilm Keitel. Foi lançado em DVD em 2001 e em CD em 2003 e em 2009 pelo Eagle Rock Entertainment.O tecladista Rick Wakeman foi convidado pela banda para participar do show, mas conflitos em seus calendários impediram que isso pudesse acontecer. Em seu lugar estava Tom Brislin.
