Durante a prova final para a Toudai, Keitaro dorme e acorda quando restam cinco minutos para o fim do teste; ele tenta responder o máximo possível, mas acreditando que não conseguiu passar, ele parte do Hnata-sou e acaba indo trabalhar num navio. Eis que então ele se depara com Seta-san que lhe explica que o navio está se dirigindo para a ilha tropical Pararakels, onde podem existir traços/restos da antiga civilização "Tartaruga". Keitaro decide acompanhar Seta, mas um imprevisto os separam rapidamente: a carteira de estudande dele sai voando e ele cai no mar, indo parar na ilha. Lá ele é desperto por Nyamo, uma garota que está procurando por seu avô, desaparecido há 10 anos. Keitaro resolve ajudar Nyamo nessa busca, mas mal sabe ele que todas as garotas de Hinata-sou estão chegando para busca-lo... inclusive a Narusegawa.

Kaolla e Sarah, fuçando nos presentes que iriam ganhar dos outros moradores, acabam encontrando uma carta da Naru, onde ela iria se declar à alguém, logo desconfiam que ela ira se declarar ao Keitaro, justamente as vésperas do Natal. Quando Keitarô toma conhecimento disso, fica tão eufórico que não sabe o que fazer: esperar por ela ou tomar a iniciativa?

On August 6th 2000, the first live concert by the Hinata Girls (the girls from the TV anime series "Love Hina" who live in the Hinata-sou) was given in Osaka. This DVD contains the entire show with performances by the vocal actors. Contains 19 songs, including the character songs by the characters/voice actresses (Yui Horie, Reiko Takagi, et al), a medley, and more. Special bonus footage of the vocal actresses is included.

Out of nowhere, Motokos' sister (Tsuroko) appears and is ready to pass on the dojo. However, Motoko is still not quite as strong as her sister and when her big sister finds out about this, she gives Motoko an ultimatum- Motoko must beat her sister or marry Keitaro!

In 2100, the newly built Bayside City serves as Japan's premier international port. The Angel Arms Company is established by a former policewoman named Takako, to help wage war on terrorism with armed security suits. When the mayor is assassinated, the women of Angel Arms end up protecting the evil crime-lord Hassan, in hopes that his information will help bring down a global terror ring. Takako's back is to the wall as a band of criminals plot to kill Hassan, and the organization's leader is revealed to be the former lover of Angel Arms' own Alisa.
