Hitomi Sanae is a Japanese double and actress. She has worked in several Tokusatsu series as a double: She was the first woman who managed to work 3 years in a row after Yuuki Ono. She can also be seen in Juuken Sentai Gekiranger, playing Lily, one of the three thief sisters in episode 36.

Unlike previous Movie War films, where they were divided into 3 segments, Movie War Mega Max is divided into 5 parts. Like previous Movie War films the secondary Kamen Rider of Kamen Rider Fourze, Kamen Rider Meteor, made his debut in the film.
