Vyjayanthi and Geetha are sisters who grew up on their own after the demise of their parents. On a fateful day, when Vyjayanthi, a popular lawyer, is out of town, her two children get kidnapped; Geetha, who is supposed to protect them, takes up the job of rescuing these kids upon herself.

Akshay, an engineering student, does everything on impulse, falls for Kavya (a bright medico) at first sight. Due to an incident in her college, Kavya decides to begin a live-in relationship with Akshay. Her classmate Vikram (Vikram Saahidev), who admires her, vows not to remain silent.

The anguish that negligent children can cause is depicted here from the parents' perspective. Raghavaraju (Prakash Raj) is a farming landlord in Atreyapuram village of Andhra Pradesh. He lives with his wife Janakamma (Jayasudha), along with his son Bangararaju (Naresh) his wife, and his son Raju (Sharwanand). Raghavaraju lives in this ancestral house built by his forefathers consisting of many generations living in the same household as a Joint family. However with changing times Ragahvarju's NRI sons and NRI daughter live in the United States, Canada, and Australia as nuclear families. After a gap of 10 years, all his children arrive in the village during the holiday season of Makar Sankranti, under mysterious circumstances after they receive an email from Raghavaraju who expresses his wish to divorce his wife Janakamma. What happens next and the events leading to this mysterious situation, and how Raghavaraju conveys his midlife crisis to his children forms the crux of the story.

A group of corporate employees go on a vacation to a beautiful hill station. There, they come across a holy saint who presents them a news paper which is four months in advance from that date. Upon reading the paper, the group find out that they along with a guy named Raju (Nara Rohit) win a boxing competition which is worth five crores. Elated with this, they start searching for Raju and finally nab him in Vizag. On the other hand, Raju is a carefree guy who is jobless and spends his life without any aim. Rest of the story is as to how this group convince Raju to learn boxing and win the prestigious competition.

Satya is given a different face after he suffers burn-related injuries. After being released from the hospital, he deals with the murderer of his lover Deepti. But his new face has given him new foes.
