Siamese Irattakal is a movie in Malayalam language released in the year 1997.

Nadar, a local businessman, tries to demolish an orphanage to start a distillery. Pillai, who runs the orphanage, attempts to stop Nadar from doing so.

A young couple, Ganga and Nakulan, arrives at the ancestral home called Madampalli of the latter. Hailing from a family that follows tradition and superstitions, Nakulan's uncle Thampi objects to the couple's idea of moving into the allegedly haunted mansion, which Nakulan ignores. The couple moves in anyway following which seemingly supernatural events begin to happen.

Aswathy who is a student researching ancient Nepalese traditions realizes that the young Nepalese boy is actually a Rimpoche, the spiritual leader of his tribe and is on the run from evil forces who want to banish him. Ashokan gets sucked in to the scenario unknowingly and ends up being the Rimpoche's protector.

Four boys play a prank on their school teacher that results in a tragic incident. This leads to a series of unfortunate events changing their lives upside down.

Charlie (Nedumudi) and Gopu (Ratheesh) are small time con artists who get by life doing petty thefts. They meet Unni (Mohanlal), another jobless young man. Reluctantly Unni joins the other two and try to rob from a car owned by Guruji (Madhu). They get caught but Guruji takes them to his plantation and gifts them 10,000 rupees each under the condition that they need to meet him a year later at the same place and tell him what they did with the money.

Vinod (Master Raghu) and Anitha (Devi) are classmates in school and have their own private problems. On a rainy day they take shelter in a train wagon, which starts moving before they could get out and stops next in a forest area a long way away from home. There, they find a couple of recluses - a widow and an ex-army officer - living their own lives and willing to accept them. As they were in early puberty they live like normal children. But as puberty stage starts, both experiences lust over each other. The widow accepts them as foster children and perform their marriage, but fate intervenes as an incurable disease for Anitha.

Raghavan is a spoilt boy who does not attend school and engages in nefarious activities. After getting caught stealing, he is left with nowhere to go.

The story opens with two men travelling in an ambassador's car to a bungalow, not knowing how to get there. On the way they see a black magician who is Jayan's character's uncle. They ask him the way and he points towards the bungalow. After reaching the bungalow they start talking about the area, and realise that it is deserted. They meet Jayan's character, a shapeless ghost who tells his life story and how he liked his body.
