"Cautiva" é um filme argentino de 2005, dirigido por Gastón Biraben, protagonizado por Bárbara Lombardo. Estreou em Buenos Aires em 20 de outubro de 2005. Ganhador de cinco prêmios entre eles o prêmio Horizontes do Festival Internacional de Cinema de San Sebastián. Conta a história de Sofía Lombardi, uma filha de desaparecidos pela ditadura argentina, registada fraudulentamente como própria por um policial e sua esposa, com o nome de Cristina Quadri, constituindo um dos casos de roubo de bebês na ditadura argentina. A jovem de 16 anos, inteira-se subitamente de sua situação, quando um juiz, a cita na escola e lhe informa. Desde esse momento Sofía vive o drama de uma jovem que perde sua identidade falsa e tenta reconstruir uma nova, sobre suas verdadeiras origens e laços biológicos.
It tells the story of a man and a woman trapped inside what appears to be a dream set in the labyrinthine hallways, mysterious rooms of a large hotel in the 30's, facing the sea.
A young woman will seek to reunite with her family after being adopted. After finding out her whereabouts with a detective, she will travel inside to meet them waiting to be recognized. Her mother and brother have a roadside post on the Paraguayan border, but only in appearance, as they actually do macabre and terrifying work.

The life of the first was governed by obedience to his mother, the despotism of his uncle and a style of honesty. El Polaco, on the other hand, was closer to marginalization and violence. Julio, turned into a businessman, takes root in the United States. The Pole continued his course in the place of those sometimes very cruel antics.

Ernesto is a journalist in his 40's who comes from a generation which encountered much political persecution and exile; between the memories and unhealed wounds of his past, stands Ernesto. When his good friend Ricardo calls him one day and proposes to get together after 25 years, they decide to gather all the members of the “old gang” in order to revive those old feelings the best way they know how, through some good old rock n' roll. Amongst one of Ernesto's encounters is Ana, an old love who will bring a twisting unexpected turn into his life. The old gang is comprised of Ricardo's depressive, hypochondriac wife Ana and her socially-conscious former lover Ernesto, a journalist who left Ana years ago to pursue his political ideologies in post-revolutionary Cuba.
