A disabled child living with his parents tries to relate emotionally to other members of his family.

In a small village, Mamal's family struggles to make a living and his father leaves to find work. Mamal wants to contribute by cultivating a vegetable garden but this makes him neglect school and provokes the anger of his mother.

In the yard of an Iranian village school stands in the shade of a tree a large stoneware jar from which all the pupils drink fresh water. On an unfortunate day, the jar starts leaking. The schoolmaster tries hard to get a new one but in vain. The only solution is to have it fixed...

A woman orders a suit from a tailor for her young son to wear to her sister's wedding. The tailor's apprentice, together with two other teenage boys who work in the same building, devise a plan to try on the suit at night to see what it feels like.

This film combines elements from Iranian epics, street wit and humor, and is in fact an animation of what Sadeghi considers his main artistic inspiration, namely Iranian folklore and storytelling screens.
