Screen icon Sayuri Yoshinaga stars in this historical melodrama about geishas in the southern city of Nagasaki set during the 1920s. Smitten with her talent and mature beauty, Koga invites Aihara to record Nagasaki folk songs before they disappear forever

Yuko Moriyama stars in this ninja period piece as one of seven women determined to exact revenge on the evil lord Akinari Katou and “The 7 Spears”, the band of soldiers he commands. Trained assassins and skilled in sorcery, these men took over the Aizu prefecture and took its most beautiful young women as concubines. They left behind 7 daughters now seeking out Jyubei Yagyuu to help get revenge.

A gang of evil ninjas has stolen the sacred sword of the Lady Mayu and are demanding that her family exchange her for the family treasure. The world's greatest swordsman, Shuranosuke Sakaki, is called in to get the sword back.

Keiko's stunt creates such a stir of excitement over the weather report that viewers begin religiously turning in to see what she'll do next. However, this showboating routine earns the ire of Kaori, the beautiful and ambitious daughter of JTV's chairman. Jealous of her success and aching to take over the weather report, Kaori is willing to do just about anything to get what she wants.

But the rival TV station will stop at nothing to crush her, and one by one, Keiko's new programs are humiliatingly sabotaged. When the weather woman falls victim to an underhanded trick, Keiko decides that she's through being nice. While filling in for the stricken reporter, she flashes her underwear, making her weather forecast an instant hit! What follows is an outrageously sexy contest - which judges skimpy costumes and arm wrestling instead of beauty and talent - to determine who will be the reigning weather woman!

Basically the plot revolves around the title characters having to stop some sort of alliance from carrying out their dastardly deeds. The vixens employ some of the most bizarre ninjitsu sex magic ever commited to the screen to aid them in their quest. The production feels like some edited episodes of a TV series (I don't know if that's actually the case here), so think along the lines of Charlie's Angels meets Saiyûki (aka. Monkey) but made by perverts and you'll start to get the picture of what to expect. It also has a great soundtrack; kind of early 80's synth-pop soap opera score combined with the sort of thing you'd find in a Japanese RPG on the Super Nintendo. Filled with some great fight scenes, lots of nudity, bizarre ninja sex magic (that simply has to be seen... especially the magical-ninja-egg laying vixen), and some over-the-top violence certainly make this offbeat oddity worthy of a whole-hearted recommendation

Faraway Sunset tells the story of the famed bacteriologist who is known to have discovered the agent that cause syphilis, and for his relentless search for a cure to yellow fever. As a toddler, his mother's neglect had caused an accident to his left hand, fusing together all the fingers in a bizarre twist of fate. Naturally extremely remorseful for being the cause of her son's handicap, she does everything she could to ensure that he gets to lead a normal life, despite having to fend off bullies and unfair prejudices.
