Build aparece e tira os poderes da Ex-Aid, mas Sento não se lembra de que esse incidente acontece, pensa que é um sonho. Misora fez dois novos Fullbottles. Quando Sento chega a um lugar chamado de Smash, ele encontra um Nebula Bugster, a última mutação do vírus Bugster. Enquanto Sento luta contra o Nebula Buster, Ryuga é exilado em uma realidade alternativa, onde a parede do Sky Wall existiu, onde conheceu o Emu e os Gamer Riders. Os riders do mundo de Build e os riders do mundo de Ex-Aid, ao lado dos lendários Riders: Fourze, OOO, Gaim e Ghost enfrentarão essa ameaça!

Kamen Rider Fourze: Final Episode is the director's cut version of the combined episodes 47 & 48 with an additional audio commentary from Ryuki Takahashi, Fumika Shimizu and director Koichi Sakamoto. It was released on DVD and Bluray on February 21, 2013.

Gentaro é agora um professor na Amanogawa alta, bem como novo orientador acadêmico no Espaço Kamen Rider Club, Yuki se tornar um astronauta, Kengo trabalhar como um cientista da Universidade de Kyoto, como seu pai, Miu se tornar um modelo, Shun se tornar um jogador profissional de futebol, JK trabalhando para uma revista, Tomoko como romancista, e Ryusei se tornar um agente da Interpol com Inga Blink. No entanto, um grupo de crianças psíquicas conhecido como o Monstro Alliance liderado por um estudante chamado Sanro Fuda, que se torna um mutante conhecido como Sanagiman, apoiado por um misterioso homem chamado Kagehito Banba,ameaçam a escola.

After the 39th and 40th Astroswitches are developed, Amanogawa and Subaruboshi High Schools hold a test transfer of some of AGHS's students to SBHS, which causes problems when the Aries Zodiarts makes itself known to the AGHS students. Kamen Rider Fourze: Climax Episode is the director's cut version of the combined episodes 31 & 32 of the Kamen Rider Fourze TV series.

To promote the Kamen Rider Fourze movie "Kamen Rider Fourze the Movie: Space, Here We Come!", Toei released this series of digital clips. A total of 28 webisodes were created, each divided into categories like the game show style "Horoscopes Ogiri" segment and "Shake Hands in the Rabbit Hatch". Two such categories like "Principal Hayami's Special Interview" and "Melancholy of Sarina Sonoda" serve to provide backstory for the main series.

Movie War Mega Max featured the first seven Kamen Riders (Kamen Rider 1, 2, V3, Riderman, X, Amazon, and Stronger) to commemorate the franchise's 40th anniversary. Trailers for the film shown during airings of Fourze also showed the return of Kamen Rider Double as well as a new form for Kamen Rider OOO. Unlike previous Movie War films, where they were divided into 3 segments, Movie War Mega Max is divided into 5 parts. Like previous Movie War films the secondary Kamen Rider of Kamen Rider Fourze, Kamen Rider Meteor, made his debut in the film.

"You will die six hours later." Keishi, a youth who proclaims himself a seer, suddenly says this to Mio, who is walking along the streets of Shibuya. At first, Mio scoffs at it as nonsense but ever since her acquaintance was murdered a few days ago, she realises that she has also become a victim of a stalker. Half believing it, she decides to hang around with Keishi. Later, with the help of Sawaki, a detective she knows, the stalker is identified. She thinks the case is closed but a totally unexpected person attacks her...
