School is out, and Indian and Cowboy are bored. Watching an old pirate film gets them out of their funk and they decide to build a ship and go off on an adventure. But their first try is a disaster. With the help of some animals, they finally manage to launch their proud vessel and everything is ready for their departure. But of course, nothing goes to plan... And the catastrophes come thick and fast.
Indian and Cowboy finally pass their exams. Horse buys them tickets for the County Fair. But at the last moment, he slips and comes crashing down on his head. He wakes up with no idea where he hid the tickets. So begins a race against time for them two to find the passes before it's too late.

The UN General Assembly regards antibiotic-resistance as a "global and most urgent threat". The WHO alarms that we could fall back into a "post-antibiotic age". The film tells us how we got there: It is a story about how negligence, greed, and short-sightedness have rendered the lifesaving effects of antibiotics powerless. It is a science-thriller about disillusioned, fighting doctors, rebellious scientists, patients wrestling with life-threatening diseases and diplomats searching for a global solution. They all are Resistance Fighters.

Indian and Cowboy are about to set off on a magnificent cruise on a luxury liner, but they have made a big mistake. They completely forgot that today is the first day of school! Goodbye tropical islands, our friends are back at their desks in school listening as the teacher drones on and on.

Cowboy e Índio tentam surpreender o amigo Cavalo dando uma churrasqueira caseira como presente de aniversário. Mas o plano não dá certo, e eles precisam encontrar o que fazer com os 50 milhões de tijolos que encomendaram por engano. Mas a tentativa de esconder os tijolos resulta na destruição da casa. Quando tentam reconstruí-la, o excêntrico trio combate uma série de obstáculos bizarros: uma viagem ao centro da Terra; uma bola de neve gigante que atira pinguins mecânicos; vacas de para-quedas; criaturas marinhas pontiagudas de um mundo paralelo subaquático; waffles gigantes e lições malucas de música para animais de fazenda. O pânico e a diversão então se instalam como personagens permanentes na vida desta cidade feita de plástico.
