This is my new Power of 3 DVD - it's all about sensible exercises that have given me loads more energy and a figure I feel proud of. Together with the help of my personal trainers Jackie and Mark Wren, we have put together this work out to help you get fit at home. The concept is simple, just follow the 3 routines on the DVD which focus on the legs, abs and upper body, and include fat burning intervals to keep your heart rate up. Then be sure to exercise 3 times a week and eat 3 balanced meals a day.
