Para investigar o caso, uma equipe especial veio da Suíça. Eles acreditam o a 16ª bala pode ter saído de uma arma de algum membro de outro partido. Agora eles precisam investigar quem está por trás de tal crime e quais os objetivos dessa pessoa ao tumultuar o equilíbrio político da região.
