In the late 1970s, a group of young cops lead by ex-musician turned detective Vicente Rangel will face the darkest minutes of their lives while attempting to catch a serial killer of young girls in a corrupt oil town in the Gulf of Mexico.

A disgruntled Mexican cop is forced to work with a teenage hacker to hunt down the criminals who killed his wife, and dismantle their operation.

Open Field is a documentary about Gabriel Orozco, a movie that chronologically records 10 years of the life and work of the artist in ten sequences. In different formats (super 8, 16 mm., HD), the film features some of the most important and dramatic moments of his life. These years, the most recent, have been the most ripe for Orozco, since he has become a key figure in the world of global contemporary art.

Mexican director Enrique Begne's drama Two Embraces (AKA Dos Abrazos, 2007) follows four lonely and disenfranchised urbanites in contemporary Mexico City: a preteen boy under tremendous emotional strain, the pretty cashier with whom he is infatuated, an enraged and embittered cabbie, and the estranged daughter of one of his fares. Per the film's title, these characters pair off, finding unexpected hope and salvation in one another.

A young man sets out to the small town where his grandfather once lived to learn the story behind his death. There he learns from the town elders not only what happened to his grandfather but stories about old times and the ways the town has changed.
