Forest Coal Pit
Executive Producer
A vibrant super 8mm portrait of two elderly brothers and the hyperlocal world they live in.
Mothers, Missiles and the American President
Producer
The story of the housewives from the Welsh valleys who became front page news, faced prison and even took on Ronald Reagan, all in a fight to stop nuclear bombs coming to the UK.
Black & Welsh
Producer
When filmmaker Liana Stewart (director of Black & Welsh) was growing up in Butetown, Cardiff, there were very few black and Welsh role models on TV. She has long wanted to make a film that brings together people from across Wales to share their experiences of what it means to be black and Welsh. Now she has done just that. Weaving together a collection of engaging stories, she meets people from Newport in the south to Snowdonia in the north, and from a 19-year-old model storming to international runway success to a 92-year-old whose arrival in Wales predates the Empire Windrush.
Queerama
Producer
Created from a treasure trove of archive, Queerama traverses a century of gay experiences, encompassing persecution and prosecution, injustice, love and desire, identity, secrets, forbidden encounters, sexual liberation and pride. The soundtrack weaves the lyrics and music of John Grant, Goldfrapp and Hercules & Love Affair with the images and guides us intimately into the relationships, desires, fears and expressions of gay men and women in the 20th century – a century of incredible change.
American Interior
