Ando Mitsuo (安藤三男, 1928-1997), foi um ator dos Estúdios Toei, famoso por seus papéis de vilão. Participou de seriados como "Robô Gigante", "Goranger", "Inazuman" e "Detetive Espacial Sharivan". Foi considerado um dos maiores atores em personagens de vilão, ao lado de Amamoto Eisei e Ushio Kenzi. Ando era primo não sanguíneo de Ushio Kenzi. O pai de Ando era irmão adotivo do pai de Ushio.
