Uma mãe solteira foi vítima de um crime brutal: um estupro coletivo. Ela foi deixada pelos criminosos em uma garagem de barcos para morrer. A única testemunha do crime, sua filha, foi desacreditada no julgamento, e vai ter que contar com a ajuda de um policial veterano da Guerra do Golfo para tentar fazer justiça pela mãe.
