Maw and Paw are of Chinese descent with four children, two boys and two girls. They have also adopted another boy, Chai, whose real father was a good friend before he died.

An old faculty college built once used as a temporary hospital during the Second World War II is full of spirits and ghosts from the past and is under the control of an evil-minded building custodian. The action starts when a group of students try to be ghost-busters.
