A história gira em torno de Yuuki Kagami, um rapaz que se matricula na academia dos seus sonhos como aluno de mérito e é colocado, por engano, no dormitório feminino onde é proibida a entrada de rapazes. Ante a possibilidade de ter de deixar a escola, Yuuki tem de se vestir como uma rapariga. E pior (ou melhor) de tudo, ele acaba a partilhar o quarto com a professora Ayana Kakinozaka, que tem de tomar conta dele.
