História

Fred DeVito is a member of Exhale Mind Body Spa’s founding team and executive vice president of mind-body training. He cofounded the company’s highly publicized Core Fusion® program and codeveloped Exhale’s proprietary Core Fusion Sport, Core Fusion Cardio, and Boot Camp classes. In addition to leading retreats and workshops nationally, he teaches Core Fusion, Core Fusion Yoga, Core Fusion Sport, and Core Fusion Cardio classes and directs the entire teacher training for these classes at Exhale locations across the country. Prior to joining Exhale, Fred’s professional career consisted of teaching fitness as a public school physical education teacher and coach, and as a personal trainer. He spent 22 years as lead teacher and trainer at the Lotte Berk Method in New York City.
