When Lane McCrae confronts the outlaw that murdered his family, the battle leaves him fatally wounded. He is visited by the Devil, who offers him a deal that would save the lives of both he and his brother, but instead makes him a bounty hunter for Hell replacing his predecessor. When Zathera, the embodiment of death, walks the earth, it's up to Lane, Hawk and their team, to stop her before she wipes out humanity. They are not the only ones hunting Zathera though - there are others who want to reach Zathera first, for plans of their own!

Meanwhile, The Overseer, Ruler of the Federation, wants to enslave the rebellious worlds with an ancient alien Nano-Virus that turns humans into mindless slaves. Starship Deliverance, Worthy and his team are all that stand in the way of total slavery of the entire human race.

Planetas inteiros sendo dizimados. Quando é dada a ordem de destruir a Terra, o tenente da Federação John Worthy elimina seu oficial superior e amultina a Starship One. Exigindo que os dois lados façam a paz. Worthy é perseguido através do universo pelo General Gustav e sua tripulação. Após numerosas batalhas, tendo sofrido pesados danos, Worthy se alia a rebeldes do submundo. Sua nave é reparada e recebe melhorias além de um exército robô capaz de subjugar os dois lados da guerra. Com a ajuda de outros descontentes do exército da Federação, e Jolli, uma bela e habilidosa piloto-atiradora, Worthy interrompe a guerra, mas um impasse ocorre quando sua família é feita refém pelo General Gustav.
