As a computer virus based on Pac-Man invades Japan, a group of doctors attack Genm Corp and begin a wave of terror using stolen Proto Gashats. Ghost and Ex-Aid find themselves at the center of the fight in an effort to protect those most important to them. But they aren’t alone, as Heisei Riders from the past join them to stop Dr. Pac-Man!

Shortly after Shinnosuke Tomari (Ryoma Takeuchi), Kamen Rider Drive, eradicates the Earth of the 108 Roidmudes, he is put on a special assignment to investigate paranormal activity elsewhere in the city. He heads to the temple Daitenkū-ji to speak with witnesses Akari Tsukimura (Hikaru Ohsawa) and Onari (Takayuki Yanagi), but as he is interrogating them, a Gamma appears and steals an Eyecon from the temple, prompting Takeru Tenkūji (Shun Nishime), Kamen Rider Ghost, to fight it, even though to Shinnosuke it seems that Kamen Rider Ghost is fighting no one at all as he cannot see the Gamma

Depois de criar acidentalmente uma grande explosão, Shinnosuke Tomari é mais tarde visitado por um jovem que afirma ser seu filho, Eiji Tomari, de 2035. Eiji avisa Shinnosuke que daqui a um ano, a IA do Sr. Belt ficará furiosa e levará à ultrapassagem de Roidmudes humanidade. No entanto, Shinnosuke não pode lidar imediatamente com esta nova informação quando o maligno Kamen Rider Dark Drive também vem do futuro, causando confusão suficiente que leva Shinnosuke a ser acusado por isso e se tornar o mais procurado do público.

While searching for the “terrifying Zunbo Ganbo Roidmude”, Shinnosuke and Kiriko recap Drive’s arsenal. Go gets beat up and mentions that he saw a red Viral Core being given to a man who then fused with it to become a new type of Evolved Roidmude.

Shinnosuke and Kiriko are following a trail of illegal knock-offs of the popular Televi-Kun magazine, the Tevile-kun. This investigation puts them against the "mastermind", Roidmude 027, who during battle manages to copy Drive's equipment, becoming Imitation Drive! Now facing the opponent who has all of his skills (not true) and is just as powerful (also not true), Shinnosuke doesn't know what to do, when Mr. Belt comes up with a novel idea - to upgrade all of Drive's equipment to much higher standards. And so, Kamen Rider Drive ascends into High Speed!

On that fateful day, during the Global Freeze, Countdown to Global Freeze tells the story of Kamen Rider Protodrive, and how he came to be.

Justice Hunter and Massive Monster quarrel all over the Drive Pit, and it is not the first time it happened. Mr Belt, however, notes that despite this, or because of this, they form a formidable due when it really counts. It seems that our heroes will soon see it first-hand, as a Roidmude with personal grudge with the Kamen Rider AND Shinnosuke comes back to enact his revenge! Genius scientist Kikuo Himura (Yosuke Kubozuka) succeeds in developing a miracle cure for the cold virus. There are now people who are after Kikuo Himura's cold vaccine. Doctor Ichinose (Akira Emoto) is jealous of Kikuo Himura and tries to get the formula which is only in Kikuo Himura's head. Dougen (Chris Peppler) is a high-ranking member of a secret organization. Him and his subordinate try to get the vaccine source by any means necessary. Meanwhile, a mysterious woman, Sakurako (Manami Konishi) approaches Kikuo Himura.
