A group of friends make a bet to see who can survive camping on an island for a night. Unbeknownst to them, a strange creature lurks throughout the night terrorizing their every move, and sound is their biggest enemy.

In an imaginary Los Angeles, a bunch of cow-boys, a group of activists, three hippies, four teenagers and a few gangsters are waiting for a major event that is supposed to happen tonight. Meanwhile, they talk about their values, dreams, ideal lovers, and about how politics affect their lives.
One fairy comes to earth to look for the greatest kid to keep her home, which is in a fairy tale world. She meets eight kids and hears eight different stories. At the end of the story, she decides to bring all those eight kids to go back her home together.
