Aruto desperta em uma realidade totalmente diferente, onde os eventos de Aurora foram totalmente diferentes do que ele se recorda, e onde os HumaGears dominaram a maior parte da Terra, caçando os humanos remanescentes para exterminá-los, assim com deseja a Arca. Nesse meio tempo, Sougo, Geiz e Tsukuyomi se encontram recuperando suas memórias dos eventos de Zi-O, e percebe que essa alteração provavelmente tem a ver com uma modificação na linha temporal. Cabe aos dois heróis unirem forças para fazer a linha temporal ser restaurada e impedir que as forças malignas reinem neste universo.

The Ninningers come across a new enemy, Dark Doctor Mavro, a remnant of the Shadow Line, who created his own, evil version of Aka Ninger serving under him by stealing the real Aka Ninger's Nintality, and because of it, Takaharu's life is now in danger. All hope seems lost until the Ninningers meet the ToQgers, who fought and defeated the Shadow Line in the past, and it's up to them to join forces in order to overcome this new crisis.

The year is 2025, 10 years after the fight against Z. The ToQgers are all grown up and have now entered life. But one day, the Shadow Line reappears and the fight must resume. Right and his friends try to repel them but they can’t transform because they lack imagination. Fortunately for them, a mysterious purple warrior appears to save them. Will they be able to defeat the Evil Army Shadow Line once and for all? Will they find the ultimate imagination?

ToQger vs. Kyoryuger will see the twelve rangers from both teams join forces to fight against an evil super giant. They must also save the Galaxy Line, which is falling from space. To make matters worse, the five main ToQgers are turned into children by a Shadow Monster.

Akira wakes up with Ticket stuck to his hand. Along with Right, they fight off another puppet which has attached itself to Schwartz.

The film follows the Safari Ressha who run the Galaxy Line, their conductor named Lady, and the Shadow Line member pursuing them.
