Bullet (Yukari Oshima) é libertada da prisão, onde sentou-se no lugar de seu chefe, um pequeno chefão do crime. Bullet conta com a ajuda do chefe, mas ele a recusa e a garota tenta se encontrar na vida. Chitty (Moon Lee ) sua melhor amiga a ajuda de todas as maneiras possíveis, antes da prisão, as meninas treinavam juntas na mesma escola de artes marciais. Mei, uma amiga de Puli e Chitty assina contrato para o papel principal no filme, mas na verdade os vilões estupram a menina e gravar um vídeo, e depois forçada à prostituição.
