Kay Kendall (21 de maio de 1927 - 6 de setembro de 1959) foi uma atriz inglesa. Kendall começou sua carreira no cinema no filme musical London Town (1946). Embora o filme tenha sido um fracasso financeiro, Kendall continuou a trabalhar regularmente até que sua aparição no filme de comédia Genevieve (1953) trouxe seu amplo reconhecimento. Mais prolífica nos filmes britânicos, Kendall também alcançou alguma popularidade com o público americano e ganhou um Globo de Ouro de Melhor Atriz - Filme Musical ou Comédia por seu papel no filme de comédia musical Les Girls (1957). Ela começou um relacionamento romântico com o ator Rex Harrison depois que eles apareceram juntos no filme de comédia The Constant Husband (1955), e se casaram em 1957. Harrison soube pelo médico de Kendall que ela havia sido diagnosticada com leucemia mieloide, um fato que foi mantido de Kendall, que acreditava estar sofrendo de deficiência de ferro. O ator cuidou de Kendall até sua morte, aos 32 anos.
